MLM Earning Platform par tier plans purchase karne ke baad refund policy ke rules:

1. No Refund After Activation

Ek baar tier plan activate ho jaye, refund nahi milega. Plan ko carefully choose karein purchase se pehle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Sirf in cases mein refund milega:

  • Payment double ho gayi ho (duplicate transaction)
  • Plan activate nahi hua 48 hours mein payment ke baad
  • System error ki wajah se issue

3. Refund Process

  • Payment screenshot aur transaction details bhejein
  • Refund request 24-48 hours mein review hogi
  • Approval ke baad 3-5 working days mein refund hoga

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Tier activate ho gaya ho
  • Videos watch karna shuru kar diya ho
  • Points wallet mein add ho chuke hon
  • Account suspended ho rules violation par
  • Customer change of mind

5. Withdrawal Refunds

Withdrawal requests cancel nahi ho sakti agar process ho chuki ho. Pending withdrawals 24 hours mein cancel ki ja sakti hain.

6. Wallet Points

Earned points cash refund nahi ho sakte. Sirf withdrawal threshold (550 PKR) ke baad PKR mein withdraw kar sakte hain.

7. Disputes

Koi bhi dispute ho to WhatsApp par contact karein. Hum 24 hours mein response denge.
